Great room and facilities inside. Great communication with staff - all of them were able to understand us (using Japan-English) - one of the girls even had perfect English and we were able to exchange a couple of small talk words about the Nagasaki brochures. Perfect location for visiting China town(3 mins walk maybe), Dejima (7-10 mins), multiple shops around, stop of tram Nr. 1 (1 min) and Nr. 5 (5 mins away) that connect to the major tourist spots in the city - the Nagasaki Peace museum (highly recommend), Glober garden. It is awesome how there was a foot massager in the room. Everything was perfectly clean. The major amenities are in the room, the rest you can pick near the reception in case you need them (some skincare, razor, comb, q-tips). Another thing that made an impression to me was the internal blind in the room - absolutely amazing when you want to have the room completely dark. There were magnetic notes on the door that you could use to place on the outside of your door to indicate if you need full room cleaning, partial (bins and towel change), or none. I found the room big enough for us to have our hand luggage open all the time near the desk.

I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel. The cost was quite low, so I figured there would be something wrong; however: 1. location was exceptional-walking distance to chinatown, dejima, several sites and tram stops. Hotel is inside a popular shopping district. 2. Staff was phenomenal and helped me with translation and directions. All were so pleasant always! 3. There is a washer and dryer conveniently placed and inexpensive; 4. No bar or restaurant (I knew this going in), but offer breakfast which was one of the best I had in Japan. Fresh, hot, delicious food. 5. Rooms were clean and comfortable. If you like to have a drink in the evening and unwind, there are plenty of eateries and bars in the area. I tried a new one each of the five nights I stayed here. I liked the security system-key needed to go up in elevator.

Amazing staff, excellent facilities with a ton of amenities. The location is awesome with easy access to the bus lines and electric trams. If you want easy food just walk right outside into a covered outside mall with a Ton of modern shops and dining places. Want something more localish? Just cross the street and be in the thick of local bars and restaurants.. Fair warning English speaking is hard to come by. Laundry machines use QR code (cashless) and the app you download even shows you how much time is remaining. Free coffee in the lobby. Daily room service (if you want it). Amazing stay one of the best "budget" hotels in Japan.

Hotel is located inside a shopping arcade so plenty of restaurants and stores just downstairs. Walking distance to Chinatown. Check-in process was easy and plenty of amenities at the lobby. Room is spacious and comfortable. Wifi is stable and there is an option for a foot massager at extra cost. The coffee machine at the lobby is actually quite good because it actually grinds beans and is available 24 hours. Laundry area is also at the lobby and there are plenty of seats at the lobby. Staff was very helpful in pointing out things to do and places to visit.

The room was clean and comfortable, and my tall (6-foot-3) husband fit on the bed just fine. There was a great variety for breakfast every morning, offering both Japanese and Western options. The staff were very helpful, and it was a nice bonus to be able to leave our luggage with them after checkout but before we traveled to our next location. The hotel is also very close to the streetcar station.
